Under the hood it packs a dual core Intel Atom 330 processor and Nvidia Ion graphics which should help it drive high definition video on the relatively high resolution display. Rounding out the specs are 2gb of ram and a 250gb hard drive. Interestingly, the ET2002T also has an HDMI input port, so you can display another computer on its screen.

Spec wise, the new Eee Top follows on nicely from Asus’s earlier All-In-One Nettop, the ET1602. This new Asus nettop will go head to head with Lenovo’s 20″ brand new nettop, the IdeaCentre C300. They both have 20″ screens and Atom 330 processors. Hopefully, we’ll get a chance to look at them side by side and see how Ati’s graphics on the Lenovo compare to the Asus’s Nvidia Ion solution.Bratadilagahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02185367629406346944noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8794350492103966049.post-7665923351787498202009-08-22T06:03:00.000-07:002009-08-22T06:09:01.116-07:00Featured Band : Dream Theater Black Clouds & Silver LiningsOne doesn't so much listen to Dream Theater as get overrun by them, and ten studio albums in, the band are still pursuing their uber-muscular progressive metal agenda with ruthless dedication.

Their undoubted collective instrumental firepower is deployed like a bunch of marauding marines with anger management issues, slipping the leash and swarming over everything in their path.

To get anywhere near that you have to go through four tracks of bombast-heavy bashing before you arrive at The Best Of Times. He is also a producer of considerable talent. His new album, his third on the Blue Note label, Double Booked is made up of two bands. A fine jazz trio and an experimental group, The Robert Glasper Experiment. On this occasion, Robert Glasper finds himself Double Booked, and in a far sighted move, he has recorded and produced both bands on the same album. Twelve tracks, along with some introductions, as to who’s who and which group is playing where. The production is all about outstanding music, great musicality and Double Bookedis sonically pleasing on a wide spectrum. Always a good thing for jazz.

The first set brings on the serious contemporary jazz, with incredible piano playing and a tight band that is fully engaged. The bassist, Vincente Archer and the drummer Chris Dave play as co-leaders with intense energy, skilful and thoughtful musicality. The trio plays hard bop inspired jazz through five contemporary - melodic pieces that are simply dazzling.

The Experiment come on strong, they have fun and get down to new wave music, old neo jazz, electronics and rap, with hip hop overtones of beat mixes and world pulses. The Experiment on “All Matter” goes wickedly right with jazz, meeting soul, meeting contemporary rhythms and world beats. Ideas and vocals of touching design, a group for our times with a sound that is calming, make peace and make it matter. The vocals of Bilal sway and swirl, enhancing the melody with style and grace while pushing a message of importance.

The final track of Double-Booked is “Open Mind” and it features the effervescent piano stylings of Robert Glasper along with the electronic musings of the marvelous Casey Benjamin. The electric bassist Derrick Hodge adds his bottom end to the proceedings with a serious funky edge.

Tracks: Intro, No Worries, Yes I’m Country (And That’s O.k.), Downtime, 59 South, Think of One, 4Eva, Butterfly, Festival, For You, All Matter, Open Mind

Bratadilagahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02185367629406346944noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8794350492103966049.post-79075494433510167752009-08-19T12:38:00.000-07:002009-08-19T12:40:49.051-07:00iSkin ProTouch Keyboard ProtectoriSkin the first company to create the keyboard silicone protector for computer keyboards Macintosh, launched the next generation of its ProTouch keyboard protectors on August 7 launch of the company continues the tradition of
excellence in providing products for Macintosh users who demand premium accessories with functional design and stylish rounded.
Bratadilagahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02185367629406346944noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8794350492103966049.post-68340124941489605182009-08-19T12:35:00.000-07:002009-08-19T12:44:30.382-07:00Acer Aspire ASX5810-A40 Desktop PCAcer release the desktop PC Aspire X Series ASX5810-A40 which is still decent. Dillard’s latest release, One from Smalls Records has easy ambling grooves coursed by bassist Amin Salim and drummer Donald Edwards, cropped in Dillard’s springy saxophone twirls and dazzling guitar twists from Craig Magnano as keyboardist James Hurt fills the spaces between the instrument parts with patches of frothy trimmings like in “Ageless.” Recorded in one day on November 3, 2008, One has a spontaneous edge in its smooth jazz flares that induce the listener’s thoughts with happy feelings.

The peppy hooks in “The Three Sides (Of Faith) imbue a warm, fuzzy feeling, and the chime-like sprinkles in the keyboards prancing along “Still Waters” produce a dreamy vibe partnered with the languid drones of the saxophone. The serpentine swagger and syrupy glaze of the sax in the title track has an optimistic pull, and the bushy-bop twitters of the sax in “Over And Over” bend and wiggle with the agility of Dizzy Gillespie. The warm temperature of the saxophone puffs in “Stizzozo” has a hypnotic charm, and the torchlight shimmers of “MoMo’s Smile” are modeled to a soul-jazz lift.

Produced by Luke Kaven, One has a dazzling décor and a smooth jazz veneer. It is music that nurtures the soul and resonates of good vibes from the moment you enter the album until you exit it.
